Fo lower sec Literature, we try to cover all the hundreds of different texts used by the schools from short stories to plays and poems.

As Literature is a very new subject to many students in sec 1, we will intoduce them the basic genres and common literary devices. They will be able to identify the different devices and explain the effects of these devices. They will learn close reading and annotation of texts. Answering techniques are imparted as well.
